on Mackay is an illustrator, painter, screen printer of t-shirts, photographer and educator in Oxfordshire and is completely incapable of sitting still and doing just one thing at a time. His work has appeared in national publications such The Word Magazine, The Independent, The Telegraph and The Guardian among others as well as exhibiting widely.
CURRENT PROJECTS
Working on a series of screen printed gig posters for bands. I have recently produced tour posters for Emmy the Great and Piney Gir and am in the process of printing European tour posters for the band Howler.

2010 : 'Turned Out Nice Again' - document of a journey from Oxfordshire to Cheltenham. Meantime Gallery, Cheltenham, June 2010.
2010 : LIMITED EDITION. Arlington Arts Centre, Newbury. Group show. Two pieces exhibited continuing work based on journeys, memories.
2009 : TRACES. Ovada Gallery, Oxford. Group exhibition. For this I produced paintings which centered round ideas of journeys, memories and text.
2009 : SO WHAT DO YOU THINK? Wychwood Festival. Instillation which asks the viewer to respond to a question by physically drawing / writing on the piece.
2008 : OUR TOWN. Cheltenham Museum and Art Gallery, A development of the 'So What Do You Think' project in conjunction with Cheltenham Borough Council. Touring venues in Gloucestershire throughout 2009.
2008 : SO WHAT DO YOU THINK? Greenbelt Arts Festival. Photographic piece which asked people to respond to a range of questions with the results being photographed and displayed through the event. IN conjunction with Friends of the Earth.
2008 : WHATEVER I SAY I AM. Meantime Gallery, Cheltenham. One day exhibition of photographs taken through the Wychwood Music Festival 2007.
2008 : THE OXFORD OPEN. Modern Art Oxford. Mixed media painting exhibited with other Oxfordshire artists.
